Walk-ins are welcome for many visits, including browsing jewelry and bringing in items for an initial evaluation. Appointments can be helpful for custom-design consultations, larger collections or situations where you want dedicated time with a specific member of the team.
For custom design, bring inspiration photos, loose stones or jewelry you may want to reuse. For appraisals or selling, bring any available paperwork, certificates, receipts, boxes or service records. If you do not have those items, that does not necessarily prevent us from evaluating the piece.
That is completely fine. You may know only that a ring is damaged, an inherited piece is not your style or jewelry has been sitting unworn for years. Bring it in and we can help you decide whether the next step is repair, redesign, appraisal or selling.
